1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy describes how Olive and Saints, a California limited liability company doing business as “Last Bite Pro” (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit lastbite.pro or purchase our products. Olive and Saints is the data controller for the personal information described below.

2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
Information you give us directly
- Order and contact information: name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and phone number (if provided).
- Payment information: processed by Stripe, Inc. on our behalf. We do not receive or store your full card number or CVV. Stripe provides us a token and limited metadata (e.g., card brand, last four digits) sufficient to complete the transaction.
- Custom engraving text: the exact text you submit to be engraved on a personalized product.
- Optional submissions: your Instagram handle, hunt details, or photos you choose to share with us (for example, when you tag us or submit a Field Proof story).
- Customer service communications: messages you send to us by email, social media, or other channels.
Information we collect automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and general interaction data, collected via standard server logs and analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 6 below.
Information from third parties
We may receive information from the service providers listed in Section 4 (for example, shipping confirmations from our carrier or fraud signals from Stripe).
3. How We Use Information
We use your personal information to:
- Process, fulfill, and ship your orders, including producing any custom engraving.
- Communicate with you about orders, shipping, returns, and customer service.
- Send marketing emails about new products, drops, or Field Proof features — only if you’ve opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email or by emailing support@lastbite.pro.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our products.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business, and only as needed to perform that work:
- Stripe, Inc. — processes payments on our behalf.
- Pirate Ship / USPS — prints shipping labels and delivers your order; receives your shipping address and order reference.
- Analytics provider: to be determined. When selected, we will update this policy to disclose the provider and what they receive.
- Email / marketing provider: when we send marketing emails, our email platform receives your name and email address.
- Vercel Inc. — hosts lastbite.pro and processes technical request data (e.g., IP address, user agent, request path) as part of serving the Site.
We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, to protect our rights and property, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our business.
5. Data Retention
We retain order, billing, and shipping records for as long as needed to fulfill the order, provide customer service, and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations (generally at least seven years). Marketing-list data is retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregate and typically deleted or anonymized after a reasonable period.
6. Cookies and Tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for:
- Essential functions: remembering your cart contents, preserving your session during checkout, and basic security.
- Analytics: understanding how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect Site functionality (for example, your cart may not persist across pages). We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track browser signals.
7. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act give you the following rights regarding the personal information we hold about you:
- Right to know: you may request confirmation of whether we process your personal information and, if so, request access to the specific pieces and categories we hold, the sources, the purposes, and the third parties we share it with.
- Right to delete: you may request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions (for example, information we need to complete a transaction, comply with a legal obligation, or detect fraud).
- Right to correct: you may request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: we do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. No opt-out is required, but you retain this right.
- Right to non-discrimination: we will not deny you service, charge a different price, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@lastbite.pro with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will verify your identity before responding, typically by matching the email address on file with a recent order or other reasonable verification, and respond within the timeframe required by law.
8. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@lastbite.pro and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including HTTPS encryption in transit and delegation of payment handling to Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Visitors
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be processed in the U.S., which may have data protection laws different from your home country.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be prominently posted on the Site or sent to you by email if we have your address.
