1. Who We Are
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lastbite.pro and the products, services, and content offered through it (together, the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Olive and Saints, a California limited liability company doing business as “Last Bite Pro” (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Products, Descriptions, and Customization
We sell hunting field tools, including our carbon-fiber infused jaw-opening devices and related accessories. We take care in describing our products, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, colors, or other content on the Site are always error-free, complete, or current.
Colors and finishes
Colors shown on the Site are representative only. Because of variation in monitors, lighting, and small print-to-print differences inherent to 3D-printed parts, the physical product may differ slightly in shade, tone, or finish from what appears on your screen. Slight variations are not defects.
Custom engraving
Products marked “Custom” are engraved with the exact text you submit at checkout, including case, spelling, and spacing. We do not proofread or edit custom text. Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the engraving we produced does not match the text you submitted. Please review your engraving text carefully before submitting your order.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax, duties, and shipping charges unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). By placing an order you authorize us (and Stripe as our processor) to charge your payment method for the order total shown at checkout. We do not receive or store full card numbers on our servers. Your use of Stripe is also governed by Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, mispriced, or that violate these Terms.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship domestically within the United States via USPS, with labels generated through Pirate Ship. Typical handling time is within 48 hours of order confirmation; delivery time depends on the USPS service selected at checkout and your destination.
Risk of loss and title to products pass to you when the carrier accepts the package. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages once delivered to the address you provided, or shipping to an incorrect address entered at checkout. International shipping, where offered, may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees you are responsible for paying.
6. Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review your order carefully before submitting. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact support@lastbite.pro within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the Last Bite Pro name and logo, product designs, photography, text, graphics, and software — is owned by Olive and Saints or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission, except as strictly required to use the Site for its intended purpose (e.g., browsing and ordering).
8. User-Submitted Content
If you submit content to us — including custom engraving text, photographs tagged with our handle, or feedback — you grant Olive and Saints a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and marketing Last Bite Pro. You represent that you own or have permission to submit the content, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to refuse any custom engraving text we consider unlawful, threatening, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion, and to refund the affected order.
9. Product Use and Assumption of Risk
Our products are field tools intended for use by adult hunters on legally harvested game. You are solely responsible for using our products safely, lawfully, and in accordance with local hunting and wildlife regulations. By purchasing, you acknowledge that hunting and field dressing involve inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for your use of the product.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olive and Saints disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any product will meet your specific expectations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Olive and Saints, its members, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any product purchased through the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Olive and Saints and its affiliates from and against any claim, damages, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any legal action shall be the state or federal courts located in Shasta County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
